Job Description

Operations Management:

  • Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of cafeteria, catering events & sales.
  • Implement, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maximize efficiency and service quality.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure all areas meet regulatory, health, safety, and quality standards.
  • Manage vendor & client relations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • 5 years of proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
  • Solid knowledge of best practices, procedures, and regulations in hospitality and customer service.
  • Must have worked with an International Food Services or Facilities Management Company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
