Job Title: Referral Marketing / Business Development Executive – Healthcare
Location: Bangalore
Experience: Minimum 1 year

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive professional to drive patient acquisition. The core responsibility of this role is to build strong referral networks with doctors, clinics, and healthcare partners—engaging with them directly, building trust, and ensuring consistent patient inflow through referrals. The ideal candidate will excel at relationship-building, outreach marketing, and converting doctors’ patients into Hospital patients, while also supporting broader business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals regularly to promote and convert their patient referrals.
  • Develop and manage referral marketing programs to drive consistent patient acquisition and retention.
  • Build strong B2B relationships with hospitals, corporate clients, and healthcare institutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential referral partners and track competitor activities.
  • Organize outreach campaigns (CME events, workshops, camps, associations) to strengthen the referral network.
  • Collaborate with medical, sales, and operations teams to align strategies with patient acquisition goals.
  • Monitor, track, and report on referral program performance and patient inflow.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Healthcare Management, or MBA (Marketing specialization preferred).
  • 1 year of experience in referral marketing, healthcare/hospital marketing, or business development.
  • Strong persuasion, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Confidence in meeting doctors and healthcare professionals directly.
  • Ability to work independently and meet patient acquisition targets.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in hospital/clinical marketing or patient acquisition roles.
  • Established contacts with doctors, clinics, or medical associations.
  • Strong networking and presentation skills.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
