Hospital Sales Executive

You will be responsible for driving patient acquisition by building strong referral networks with doctors, clinics, and healthcare partners. Your core responsibilities will include meeting healthcare professionals to promote and convert patient referrals, developing and managing referral marketing programs, and building B2B relationships with hospitals and healthcare institutions. Additionally, you will conduct market research, organize outreach campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with patient acquisition goals. Your performance will be monitored, tracked, and reported on the referral program and patient inflow. Key Responsibilities: - Meet doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals regularly to promote and convert patient referrals. - Develop and manage referral marketing programs for consistent patient acquisition. - Build strong B2B relationships with hospitals, corporate clients, and healthcare institutions. - Conduct market research to identify potential referral partners and monitor competitor activities. - Organize outreach campaigns such as CME events, workshops, and camps to strengthen the referral network. - Collaborate with medical, sales, and operations teams to align strategies with patient acquisition goals. - Monitor, track, and report on referral program performance and patient inflow. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or MBA with a Marketing specialization. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in referral marketing, healthcare/hospital marketing, or business development. - Strong persuasion, relationship-building, and communication skills. - Confidence in meeting doctors and healthcare professionals directly. - Ability to work independently and meet patient acquisition targets.
