Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree required; MBA in Sales/Marketing/Healthcare is a plus. - 3-5 years of experience in B2B or institutional sales (preferably in insurance or healthcare). - Strong knowledge of group health and general insurance products. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proficiency in English and Kannada. - Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
