Key Responsibilities: - Identify and onboard new corporate clients across sectors like healthcare, IT, and manufacturing. - Build and maintain strong B2B relationships and high-value client accounts. - Develop and execute city-specific sales strategies aligned with company objectives. - Coordinate with internal teams for proposal development and policy servicing. - Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and report key insights. - Ensure regulatory compliance and ethical business practices. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree required; MBA in Sales/Marketing/Healthcare is a plus. - 3-5 years of experience in B2B or institutional sales (preferably in insurance or healthcare). - Strong knowledge of group health and general insurance products. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proficiency in English and Kannada. - Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
