Hospital Projects Head

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hospital Projects and Expansion Head located in Bengaluru. The Projects Head will be responsible for overseeing and managing new hospital and OPD clinics projects, developing strategic expansion plans, ensuring compliance and healthcare standards, and delivering on-time and within budget projects. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders like architects, engineering team, operations, compliance and finance teams, to drive project success and operational excellence.

Qualifications

● 8–12 years of experience in projects, infrastructure development, or expansion, in healthcare, hospitality, or retail, from a civil engineering background.

● Proven track record of delivering multi-site projects on time and within budget.

● Strong skills in project management, vendor management, and cost control.

● Ability to balance strategic planning and hands-on execution.

● Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

● Experience in healthcare facility design and compliance. (preferred)

● Exposure to premium service environments (hospitality, wellness, or retail).

● Knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory requirements. (preferred)
