Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and onboard

    new HORECA customers

    (hotels, restaurants, cafs, cloud kitchens, caterers).
  2. Maintain and grow relationships with

    existing HORECA clients

    .
  3. Achieve

    monthly and quarterly sales targets

    as assigned.
  4. Conduct regular

    market visits

    , product presentations, and sampling.
  5. Generate orders, ensure

    proper PO, billing, and payment follow-ups

    .
  6. Coordinate with

    supply chain, warehouse, and accounts teams

    for smooth order execution.
  7. Monitor

    competitor activity

    , pricing, and market trends.
  8. Ensure visibility of company products at customer outlets.
  9. Resolve customer complaints and ensure

    high service satisfaction

  10. Prepare

    daily/weekly sales reports

    and share updates with seniors.
