Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Source new
home loan customers
through direct sales, builders, channel partners, and references.
Conduct
field visits
and customer meetings to explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
Collect and verify customer documents as per KYC and loan process guidelines.
Coordinate with the credit, operations, and legal teams for loan processing and disbursal.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through transparent communication and quick turnaround times.
Achieve monthly and quarterly
sales targets
for home loan disbursals.
Cross-sell other Axis Bank products like insurance, credit cards, and personal loans.
Maintain proper records and follow up with customers for pending documents or EMIs.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and regulatory norms.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree (preferably in Finance, Commerce, or Business).
1–4 years of experience in
home loan sales
, preferably in banking or NBFCs.
Good understanding of home loan processes, documentation, and credit norms.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven and customer-focused attitude.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
