Job Description

Role & responsibilities Home loan :

Source and acquire new customers for home loans through direct sales, referrals, and channel partners.

  • Conduct initial assessment of applicants financial background and eligibility.
  • Explain loan products, terms, and interest rates clearly to customers.
  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for timely processing and approval.
  • Maintain relationships with builders, property agents, and developers for lead generation.
  • Ensure compliance with KYC, documentation, and internal audit requirements.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Handle post-disbursement customer queries and maintain good service quality.
  • Track market trends and competitor products to identify new opportunities.

Skills:

    • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
    • Good knowledge of vehicle finance products and credit processes.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

  • Vehicle loan disbursement volume and value.
  • Dealer satisfaction and retention rate.
  • Lead conversion rate.
  • Portfolio quality (low delinquency rate).
  • Customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Source and acquire new customers for vehicle loans through direct sales, dealer tie-ups, and referral networks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with automobile dealers, showrooms, and DSA (Direct Selling Agents).
  • Explain loan features, interest rates, EMIs, and terms to customers clearly.
  • Conduct preliminary credit assessment and documentation verification.
  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams for loan approvals and disbursement.
  • Ensure proper KYC, documentation, and adherence to lending policies and compliance guidelines.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement and revenue targets.
  • Track competitor products, interest rates, and market trends to identify opportunities.
  • Handle post-disbursement customer service issues and loan closure formalities.
  • Experience:

    1 - 5 years of experience in vehicle loan sales or auto finance (bank/NBFC).
  • Skills:

    • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
    • Good knowledge of vehicle finance products and credit processes.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
