Role & responsibilities Sales & Lead Generation: Source new home loan customers through direct sales, referrals, builder tie-ups, and real estate agents. Maintain relationships with channel partners to generate consistent leads. Conduct field visits and meetings with potential customers to understand loan requirements. 2. Customer Relationship Management: Explain home loan products, eligibility, documentation, and terms to customers. Provide end-to-end assistance to customers during the loan application and approval process. Act as the single point of contact for all customer queries until loan disbursement. 3. Loan Processing & Disbursement Coordination: Collect and verify all necessary documentation for loan processing (KYC, income documents, property documents, etc.). Coordinate with internal credit and legal teams for timely approval and sanction. Follow up with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth disbursement of sanctioned loans. Ensure all pre-disbursement conditions are met and documentation is complete. 4. Compliance & Reporting: Adhere to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and KYC/AML norms. Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and disbursement details in CRM or MIS tools. Submit daily/weekly reports to the sales manager on performance metrics. Preferred candidate profile 1. Relevant Experience 2-4 years of experience in home loan sales in a bank, NBFC, or housing finance company. Hands-on exposure to end-to-end home loan process from lead generation to loan disbursement . Experience dealing with builders, real estate agents, DSA/Connectors , and direct customers. 2. Educational Background Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or related field (MBA in Finance or Marketing is a plus). 3. Technical & Functional Skills Understanding of home loan products , eligibility criteria, property documentation, and legal/technical checks. Familiarity with loan management systems (LMS) or CRMs. Ability to coordinate with credit, legal, operations , and disbursement teams. 4. Soft Skills Strong communication and negotiation skills to convert leads into disbursed loans. Customer-oriented attitude with problem-solving skills to handle delays, queries, and documentation hurdles. Detail-oriented and organized to manage paperwork, compliance, and follow-ups. 5. Traits to Look For Target-driven and motivated by incentives. Resilient and patient under pressure (loan disbursements often involve delays and coordination issues). Trustworthy and compliant with internal and regulatory guidelines (important for handling financial data).
