Home Loan Head

As a Home Loan Sales head in the New Projects (residential) vertical at Nobroker, your role will involve driving and managing loan solutions within the segment. You will be responsible for leading the Internal Homeloan vertical team, which includes Cluster heads and Key Account Managers. Reporting to the vertical head of the division, you will formulate and execute strategies to enable Business Development. Your key tasks will include onboarding new customers for setting up Internal home loan closing business, generating leads by collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring a streamlined process from login to disbursement, and strategically intervening in process improvement. This strategic position requires strong leadership capabilities and a comprehensive understanding of the loan process.
