As Loan Head at our real estate brokerage business in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in leading and expanding the Home Loan vertical. Your main responsibility will be to build and grow a high-performing in-house loan advisory team, collaborating closely with the property sales team across various locations. The ultimate objective is to increase our mortgage business to over 1000 Cr annually by offering competitive financing solutions to property buyers. **Key Responsibilities:** - **P&L Ownership:** Take charge of the Home Loan division, ensuring the achievement of business targets and driving disbursals of over 1000 Cr annually. - **Team Leadership & Scaling:** Manage a team of home loan specialists across different sales offices and builder tie-ups, focusing on team growth and development. - **Sales Collaboration:** Collaborate with the real estate sales team to convert homebuyers into loan clients by providing bundled offerings. - **Process & Efficiency:** Enhance efficiency by optimizing loan application processes, document collection, and turnaround time through the implementation of technology and robust SOPs. - **Client Advisory:** Offer guidance to customers on home loan eligibility, product selection, and seamless end-to-end loan processing. - **Training & Compliance:** Conduct training sessions for loan officers on product updates, documentation, and compliance requirements. Ensure audits and risk controls are monitored effectively. **Key Requirements:** - Over 10 years of experience in home loans/mortgage distribution, preferably within a real estate brokerage, DSA, or financial institution. - Proven track record in leading large loan teams and scaling disbursal volumes across multiple regions. - Extensive knowledge of home loan products, underwriting policies, eligibility criteria, and compliance standards. - Established network of relationships with banks/NBFCs. - Strong leadership skills, along with exceptional interpersonal abilities and the capacity for effective cross-functional coordination.,
