Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate home loan leads through field activities, builders, brokers, and channel partners
  • Meet potential customers and explain home loan products and processes
  • Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for documentation, login, and disbursement
  • Maintain strong relationships with real estate agents and builders
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
  • Ensure proper follow-up and timely closure of cases
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting of leads and conversions

Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience:

    1–3 years in Home Loans / BFSI / Field Sales (preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Must be comfortable with field work
  • Own two-wheeler (bike) is mandatory

    with valid license
  • Knowledge of home loan products and documentation is an advantage
