Key Responsibilities Collect and check customer documents (KYC, income papers, property papers, etc.). Coordinate with credit, legal, and technical teams for processing files. Make sure loan files are submitted, followed up, and disbursed on time. Achieve monthly loan disbursal targets. Update daily reports and CRM systems. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (preferred). Good communication and negotiation skills Knowledge of home loan process (preferred). Basic computer and MS Office skills.
