Home Loan Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Home Loan Executive to join our financial services team. The Home Loan Executive will be responsible for guiding clients through the home loan application process, assessing their eligibility, offering loan products, and ensuring smooth and timely disbursal of loans. Key Responsibilities:Assist clients in understanding various home loan products and services. Collect and verify documents related to home loan applications (KYC, income proof, property documents, etc.). Evaluate customers’ financial background and loan eligibility. Provide accurate information on loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options. Coordinate with internal departments (credit, legal, technical) for timely loan processing and disbursal. Follow up with clients and ensure all loan documentation is complete and compliant. Maintain a database of leads and follow up on potential customers. Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the loan portfolio. Provide excellent after-sales service and support to clients. Key Skills and Competencies:Good knowledge of mortgage products and lending regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to analyze financial documents and assess loan eligibility. Target-oriented with a proven sales background. Proficiency in MS Office and loan management software (if applicable). Strong negotiation and customer service skills. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in home loans, banking, or financial services (preferred). Knowledge of local real estate market and lending norms is a plus.
