Key Responsibilities: Delivery Operations: Oversee the entire delivery process, including dispatching, route optimization, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of delivery drivers, providing training, addressing performance issues, and fostering a positive team environment. Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally. Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and health standards related to food handling and transportation. Inventory and Logistics: Monitor inventory levels, manage delivery vehicles, and optimize routes for efficiency. Performance Monitoring: Track delivery performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Coordination: Work closely with the kitchen staff and other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders. Skills Required: Leadership and Management: Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide delivery teams, as well as effective communication and conflict resolution skills. Logistics and Route Optimization: Experience in managing delivery routes, optimizing efficiency, and using GPS navigation systems. Customer Service: Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively. Technical Skills: Familiarity with delivery software, GPS systems, and other relevant technology. Organizational and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
