Role & responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse activities inbound, storage, outbound. Manage a team of warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance. Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment for customers. Maintain proper stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks. Oversee packaging quality, labeling, and dispatch to courier partners. Implement safety and cleanliness standards in the warehouse. Optimize warehouse layout for faster movement and space usage. Prepare daily/weekly reports on stock, orders, and dispatches. Coordinate with procurement, operations, and logistics teams. Handle issues such as stock shortages, damages, and delayed shipments. Preferred candidate profile Graduate (preferably in supply chain, logistics, or related field). 3+ years of experience in warehouse/eCommerce/logistics management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Good knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Excel. Problem-solving and decision-making ability. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
