Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor home care services for clients.

• Schedule and assign caregivers or home health aides.

• Resolve day-to-day service issues or emergencies efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with internal and healthcare quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate degree (preferably in healthcare, social work, or management).
• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare coordination or service delivery.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Empathetic and patient-centered approach.
• Comfortable using technology and digital platforms for scheduling and communication.
