Description We are seeking a dedicated Home Care Specialist to provide compassionate and professional care to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have 1-10 years of experience in home care, demonstrating a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for individuals in need. Responsibilities Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes. Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor client health and safety. Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes in client condition. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care. Skills and Qualifications 1-10 years of experience in home care or related field. Certification in Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Empathy and compassion towards clients and their families. Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare practices. First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
