Job Description

As a Trainer - Quality & Process at RentoMojo, your role is crucial in ensuring the highest standards of quality and service in warehouse operations by developing, delivering, and maintaining training programs. Your key responsibilities include: - Developing, delivering, and maintaining training programs on quality, after-sales service, and warehouse processes. - Managing training rollout across all cities for various roles using classroom sessions, online videos, and handbook-based learning. - Monitoring adherence to SOPs, managing feedback and escalations, and implementing targeted retraining. - Serving as the subject matter expert for the appliance category and contributing to technical content development. - Designing and implementing quality control procedures, policies, and best practices for warehouse operations. - Conducting regular training sessions, coaching, and mentoring to ensure staff have the necessary knowledge and skills. - Observing and auditing warehouse operations to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. - Developing and implementing process improvements to optimize operations and uphold quality standards. - Maintaining and updating training materials and documentation to reflect procedural and policy changes. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve quality control issues. - Tracking, measuring, and analyzing training effectiveness using metrics to improve programs. - Supporting continuous improvement through technology adoption and industry best practices. - Preparing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for training, audits, and quality control activities. - Staying informed on industry trends and best practices in warehouse operations and quality management. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years of after-sales service experience. - Proven expertise in training program development and delivery. - Strong understanding of warehouse operations and quality control procedures. - Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills. - Capability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or G Suite tools. - Commitment to continuous improvement and quality standards. - Technical background in appliance after-sales services which could contribute to content development.
