Holiday Executive Operations

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Holiday Executive – Operations to join our travel operations team. The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end execution of holiday packages, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, vendors, and internal teams. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, destination knowledge, and a passion for creating memorable travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete booking process for domestic and international holiday packages, including flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, and insurance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (hotels, transport providers, tour guides, DMCs) to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Assist customers with itinerary planning, customization, and documentation such as visa and travel insurance requirements.
• Monitor and track bookings to ensure timely confirmations, payments, and voucher issuance.
• Handle customer queries and manage on-trip escalations to ensure quick and effective resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, customer details, and post-trip feedback.
• Identify opportunities to optimize operational processes for improved efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on destination trends, seasonal offers, and travel advisories.
• Collaborate with the sales team by providing product knowledge and assessing operational feasibility of holiday packages.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in travel operations, with hands-on experience in holiday package management preferred.
• Familiarity with B2C/B2B holiday packages, DMC coordination, and online booking tools (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo) is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
