In this role at The Holidays Club, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting holiday packages to clients. Your main responsibilities will include: - Utilizing your excellent communication skills to engage with clients, build relationships, and understand their needs. - Applying your sales and marketing expertise to upsell holiday packages and customize offerings to meet the preferences of clients. - Demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple bookings and client requests efficiently. - Leveraging your knowledge of the travel and tourism industry to provide valuable insights on popular destinations and lodging options. - Using your technical skills to navigate reservation systems and travel management software effectively. - Demonstrating problem-solving skills to address and resolve clients" issues promptly.
