Role Overview

Seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Holiday Consultant to design, curate, and manage customized travel experiences across a wide range of destinations—both domestic and international. You’ll be the key point of contact for clients, handling end-to-end booking services and ensuring unforgettable journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
• Create bespoke itineraries covering destinations such as:
• Domestic: Uttarakhand, Sikkim, Rajasthan, and other Indian regional hotspots.
• International: Thailand, Switzerland, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Seychelles, and more.
• Present itinerary options, pricing details, and travel terms clearly and persuasively.
• Handle bookings for flights, accommodations, transfers, sightseeing, and activities.
• Ensure seamless coordination with travel suppliers and clients through timely communication.
• Provide customer support before, during, and after travel.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a Holiday Consultant or Travel Advisor (agency or corporate).
• Deep knowledge of both domestic (Uttarakhand, Sikkim, Rajasthan, etc.) and international (Thailand, Switzerland, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Seychelles, etc.) holiday destinations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with travel booking tools and MS Office suite.
• Problem-solving mindset and commitment to client satisfaction.
• Multilingual candidates preferred (e.g., English plus additional languages).
