As a Holiday Consultant at Escapenfly, you will play a vital role in promoting, selling, and customizing travel packages to clients. With 1 to 2 years of experience in the travel industry, your focus will be on generating new leads, selling tailored travel packages, and providing exceptional service to build long-term relationships and drive revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, email marketing, and networking events. You will be tasked with promoting and selling customized holiday packages that align with clients" preferences and budgets. Additionally, establishing strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals will be a key aspect of your role. Meeting and exceeding sales targets set by management, accurately recording sales activities in the CRM system, and preparing regular sales reports will be essential to your success. You will also be required to stay informed about the latest travel trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to contribute to Escapenfly's market presence and revenue growth. Providing outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, assisting with travel bookings, and ensuring overall client satisfaction will be a priority. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field, along with 1 to 2 years of sales experience in the travel or tourism industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in CRM software and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, are essential for this role. This is a full-time position with day shift hours and performance and quarterly bonuses.
