Holiday Consultant

As an ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Identify and target potential clients in international markets. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. - Advise clients on destinations, cultures, customs, weather conditions, and available activities. - Manage travel issues, including conflicts, complaints, cancellations, and refunds. - Promote and sell travel packages and services tailored to specific markets. - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve set revenue targets. - Represent the company at international travel fairs, BTL activities, and tourism events. - Stay informed on international travel trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics. - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns promptly. - Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review. In order to qualify for this position, you should meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree (any stream). MBA from Tourism & Travel Management is a Plus. - A minimum of 2 years of experience is a must. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Good interpersonal and negotiation skills. - Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. - Passion for travel and tourism. - Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet usage.
