Job Description

Required Qualifications:

Should have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in human resources.
Required excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
06 months to 2+ years in US Human Resource.
Should have experience in resolving queries of US employees.
Should have problem solving approach.
Should have experience in taking new initiatives for employee engagement and retention programs.
US benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k etc.) knowledge would be a plus.

Responsibilities:

Should be working as a bridge between our employees & customers.
Should be working as an advocate of employees in front of the customers and NR Consulting.
Should be working with different teams to resolve the queries/concerns of our US employees.

(Females are preferred)
