Job Description

HI Warm Greetings, Technical Support Officer (Voice Support) Responsibilities: Handle inbound technical support queries via phone. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft O365 products (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.). Provide timely and accurate solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary. Document all interactions and solutions provided. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical voice support role. Strong troubleshooting experience in Microsoft Office 365 products . Excellent spoken and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and customer-handling ability. Willing to work in night/US shifts . Must be an immediate joiner or have a maximum of 30 days' notice .
