Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Hiring Technical Site Engineer. The Technical Site Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring effective communication with clients and team members. The role involves analyzing technical problems, offering solutions, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. The engineer will also be expected to conduct site visits, oversee project implementations, and maintain detailed reports of the work conducted.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficient in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
• Excellent Analytical Skills with the ability to assess and resolve technical issues
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
