Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage and resolve customer queries through voice calls.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve issues with a customer-first mindset to ensure satisfaction.
Escalate more complex issues to the relevant teams.

Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
Undergraduates enrolled in correspondence programs are also encouraged to apply.
