Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition

    :
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs.
  • Source and attract candidates using various channels (job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, etc.).
  • Create and post job advertisements on job portals and company website.
  • Screening & Interviewing

    :
  • Conduct initial screening of applications and resumes.
  • Shortlist candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit.
  • Organize and conduct interviews for potential hires.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and selection.
  • Collaboration & Coordination

    :
  • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand their recruitment requirements.
  • Assist in the creation of job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Coordinate with HR and leadership teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
  • Candidate Experience

    :
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Keep candidates informed about the status of their applications.
  • Data Management & Reporting

    :
  • Maintain recruitment databases and records of candidate profiles.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics (time to hire, sourcing channels, etc.) to senior management.
  • Onboarding

    :
  • Assist in preparing and sending offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Ensure timely and effective onboarding for new hires.
  • Employer Branding

    :
  • Promote the company's employer brand and culture in the job market.
  • Participate in job fairs, campus hiring, and other recruitment events.
  • Compliance

    :
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure equal opportunity and diversity standards are upheld in recruitment practices.
  • Educational Background

    :
  • Any Graduate
  • Experience

    :
  • 4 -8 years of experience in Bulk Hiring recruitment, preferably in a executive capacity.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and talent acquisition processes.
  • Skills

    :
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and job portals.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Attributes

    :
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Proactive and driven to meet hiring goals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are an advantage.
  • Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) or other recruitment tools is desirable.
