A ServiceNow SPM Senior Developer designs, configures, and implements solutions within the

Key Responsibilities

• SPM Module Expertise:

  Develop and configure core SPM functionalities, including Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource Management, and Financial Planner Workspaces.

• Requirements & Design:

  Gather business requirements and translate them into technical designs and scalable ServiceNow solutions, focusing on configuration over custom development.

• Development & Customization:

  Design, develop, and enhance SPM solutions using ServiceNow platform capabilities, including scripting, catalog forms, workflows, and integration using

  Integration Hub

  and Custom APIs.

• Testing & Validation:

  Perform system integration testing, unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support the resolution of defects.

• System Integration:

  Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with other ServiceNow modules and external partner systems.

• Platform Management:

  Act as a ServiceNow Administrator, handling platform upgrades, patching, daily health checks, and performance monitoring.

• Reporting & Analytics:

  Build and configure

  Performance Analytics (PA)

  dashboards, reports, and KPIs to provide data visualization for business units.

• Collaboration & Communication:

  Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions and stay current with best practices.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• ServiceNow SPM Experience:

  Strong hands-on experience with the SPM module and its related components.

• ServiceNow Development:

  Proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including scripting (e.g., JavaScript) and configuration.

• Technical Skills:

  Expertise in designing and implementing solutions, system integration, and troubleshooting.

• Problem-Solving:

  Ability to perform root cause analysis and lead the resolution of production and test issues.

• Communication:

  Excellent customer handling and communication skills to gather requirements and explain technical designs to stakeholders.

• Agile Environment:

  Experience working in an agile development environment.
