Job Description

We are hiring Senior IT Recruiters to join our team and contribute to sourcing and hiring top talent across various industries. If you are passionate about recruitment, have excellent communication skills please reach out to us. Key Responsibilities: Should have experience in IT Recruitment. Must have experience in C2H Hiring. Source and recruit candidates for diverse industries. Evaluate candidates' skills and experience effectively, especially for technical roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to meet recruitment goals. Manage multiple recruitment priorities efficiently. Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract qualified professionals. Must Have Naukri Experience (Hands-on). Should have experience in Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling. Should have good Communication. End-to-end recruitment Should have experience in contract staffing. Experience: 5+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter, with a demonstrated history of successful niche IT hiring. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets. Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms. Must Have experience and Knowledge on SAP skills. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade candidates.
