Job Description

Key Responsibilities Salesforce Architect

Define
Salesforce architecture and solution design
for complex implementations
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Design integration architecture with external systems
Govern best practices for
security, performance, and scalability
Lead Salesforce development teams and review technical designs
Drive data migration, release management, and deployment strategies
Ensure compliance with Salesforce limits and best practices
Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders and leadership

Must Have Skills

For Salesforce Developer

Strong experience in
Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
Proficiency in
Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL
Hands-on experience with
Flows and Automation
Salesforce deployment and version control experience

For Salesforce Architect

Strong expertise in
Salesforce solution architecture
Experience with
multi-cloud implementations
Deep understanding of
Salesforce security, sharing model, and integrations
Experience in
enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations

Good to Have Skills

Experience with
Marketing Cloud / Experience Cloud / CPQ
Salesforce Integration using
MuleSoft or middleware tools
Exposure to
Agile / Scrum methodologies
Salesforce Certifications (Developer / Architect track)

Educational Qualification

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Salesforce Certifications are a strong plus
