About the Role

dynamic Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development:

    Identify, target, and acquire new customers in the commercial market across Pune and surrounding regions.
  • Account Management:

    Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers to maximize revenue and satisfaction.
  • Solution Selling:

    Present and demonstrate CAD/CAM software solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Market Intelligence:

    Keep track of competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends to position our solutions effectively.
  • Revenue Achievement:

    Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and marketing teams to deliver a compelling value proposition to customers.

Key Requirements

  • 5–8 years of

    proven sales experience

    in CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM software or related manufacturing solutions.
  • Strong network in

    commercial markets

    (SMEs, job shops, tooling companies, etc.).
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into business benefits.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or related field preferred.
