Job Description

Job Title: Sales Officer
Location: Gorakhpur, U.P.
Salary Range: 4-5 CTC
Experience: 5-8 Years
Industry Mandatory: FMCG / Beverage(Tea/Coffee) Industry

Key Responsibilities:

Drive primary sales, channel sales, and manage key accounts in the assigned territory.
Lead product launches and ensure effective market penetration.
Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Handle distributor sales and ensure smooth distribution management across the region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure availability, visibility, and proper stock rotation at all channel points.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience in the FMCG or Tea industry, with at least 5 years in a team handling role.
Strong knowledge of distribution channels and retail network management.
Proven experience in product launches, managing primary and secondary sales.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
