Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Location: Ghaziabad, U.P. Salary Range: 14 16 LPA Experience: 15 25 Years Industry Mandatory: FMCG / Beverage(Tea/Coffee) Industry Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage sales operations across Eastern and Western Uttar Pradesh. Drive regional growth through channel development, distributor management, and retail expansion. Develop and execute effective sales strategies in alignment with business goals. Monitor regional sales performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders. Ensure team performance, training, and productivity across assigned territories. Candidate Requirements: Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the Food or FMCG sector. Strong understanding of the UP-market dynamics, especially Eastern & Western UP. Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
