Role Overview

high-performing Associate General Manager (AGM)

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Management

  • Drive

    monthly and quarterly revenue targets

    through team performance and project-level strategies.
  • Manage

    project sales

    , including lead funnel movement, site visits, client conversions, and closures.
  • Plan and execute

    sales strategies, events, activations, and weekend drives

    to boost conversions.
  • Track and improve KPIs including

    lead-to-visit, visit-to-booking, and booking-to-revenue

    .

Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor a team of

    Team Leads, Sales Managers, and Relationship Managers

    .
  • Responsible for

    recruitment, training, performance reviews, and capability building

    .
  • Ensure high productivity and adherence to process across sales teams.

Developer & Channel Partner Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with

    developers, builders, and channel partners

    .
  • Negotiate pricing, inventory allocation, commissions, and exclusive mandates.
  • Coordinate project launches, site readiness, and promotions with partners.

Customer Experience

  • Ensure smooth customer handling from lead qualification to booking.
  • Handle escalations, negotiations, and key client interactions.
  • Drive exceptional customer satisfaction and conversion efficiency.

Operations & Coordination

  • Work closely with

    CRM, Marketing, Operations, and Finance

    teams for seamless execution.
  • Review daily/weekly MIS reports and take corrective measures for performance gaps.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and sales processes.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong background in

    real estate sales

    , preferably in

    residential project sales

    .
  • Proven track record of

    team management

    and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent

    communication, negotiation, stakeholder management

    , and people leadership skills.
  • Solid understanding of local real estate markets, customer mindset, and pricing trends.
  • Proficient in

    CRM tools

    (LeadSquared/Salesforce) and MS Office.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 815 years of experience

    in real estate sales, with at least

    3–5 years in a managerial/leadership role

    .
  • Experience in handling large sales teams and managing multiple projects is preferred
