HIRING RECRUITMENT MANAGER (KERALA OFFICE)

Location: Aluva, Kerala

Company: Goodmans International Medical Recruitment

Goodmans International, a 40+ year leader in healthcare recruitment, is seeking a driven and disciplined Recruitment Manager to lead our Kerala branch operations. This is a strategic role requiring maturity, initiative, and strong communication skills to deliver top-quality medical professionals to Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

-Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for nurses, doctors, and allied healthcare staff.

-Supervise candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interview scheduling.

-Ensure all documentation, Dataflow, and licensing processes are completed on time.

-Coordinate closely with our Mumbai Head Office and international clients.

-Lead and guide the Kerala office recruitment team, ensuring performance and discipline.

-Maintain accurate and updated candidate trackers, reports, and schedules.

-Drive recruitment campaigns and medical interviews, ensuring target fulfillment.

Ideal Candidate

-Proven experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in medical/healthcare staffing.

-Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

-Ability to handle multiple priorities under tight timelines.

-Based in Kochi/Aluva.

-Proficient in basic computer, Excel, and email communication tools.

-Highly reliable, punctual, and self-disciplined.
