HIRING OFFICE MANAGER (KERALA OFFICE)

  • Location: Aluva Kerala

Were looking for a responsible and highly organized individual to manage day-to-day operations at our Kerala branch. This is a critical administrative and coordination role, requiring maturity, discipline, and strong communication skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:


1. Ensure the office opens and closes on time

2. Oversee daily administration and office discipline

3. Coordinate closely with our Mumbai Head Office

4. Supervise documentation and follow-ups for candidates

5. Support recruitment activities as required

6. Maintain records, schedules, and reports with accuracy

  • Ideal Candidate:


1. Must be reliable, punctual, and self-disciplined

2. Prior experience in administration or HR preferred

3. Strong communication and coordination skills

4. Based in Kochi, Kerala.

5. Proficient in basic computer and email tools
