🚀 [Hiring] Program Coordinator (Asia-Based, Short-Term Project)

beSUCCESS is looking for an Asia-based Program Coordinator with strong connections and insights into the Asian startup ecosystem. This short-term role is part of a global initiative to help outstanding startups from Asia explore business opportunities in Korea. You will play a key role in sourcing promising startups, supporting their application journey, and executing effective local outreach. Your efforts will directly shape cross-border collaboration and market access for the innovators.

Responsibilities

• Identify and nominate high-potential startups from Asia that are suitable for expansion into Korea
• Guide selected startups through the internal application and onboarding process, ensuring quality and timeliness
• Plan and execute a local outreach strategy to engage founders, accelerators, VCs, and other ecosystem players in India
• Act as a regional contact point, facilitating communication between beSUCCESS and local startup stakeholders
• Provide brief progress updates and ensure timely completion of assigned missions during the 2-week engagement
• Deliver high-quality results aligned with the program’s strategic objectives

Qualifications

• Based in Asia, with deep understanding of the Asian startup ecosystem and strong local networks
• 2+ years of experience in startup ecosystem development, venture support, business development, or similar roles
• Strong communication skills in English
• Highly organized, independent, and proactive in managing short-term deliverables
• Experience with Korea or other Asian startup ecosystems is a plus, but not required
