Job Description

Job Summary:

The ORM Agent will manage customer feedback and interactions across social media, review platforms, and other online channels. Beyond response management, the ORM Agent will also support lead generation, escalation handling, and cross-team coordination to provide customers with timely resolutions.

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor social platforms, review sites, and online forums for customer comments
Respond promptly and professionally based on approved tone and guidelines
Identify potential leads and share verified information with the CRM team for follow-up
Handle escalations and coordinate with internal teams
Follow up on pending cases to ensure timely closure and customer satisfaction
Track sentiment, tag issues accurately, and report daily/weekly interaction trends
Support crisis communication and real-time issue escalation
Maintain compliance with brand voice, response SLAs, and quality standards

Skills Required:

Excellent written English communication skills
It is advantageous to speak multiple languages, including English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Marathi
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with ORM or social listening tools is an advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong attention to detail and customer-centric approach
