Job Description

SUMMARY Position: Oracle EPM With FCCS Developer Experience: The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in Oracle EPM with FCCS Development. Location: PAN INDIA Key Responsibilities: Proficient in designing solutions using Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) cloud tools such as EPBCS, FCCS, PCMCS, Narrative Reporting, HFR, and Data Management. Led multiple transformative initiatives using the Oracle Enterprise Performance Management suite in diverse industry sectors, including Finance, Retail, CPG, Logistics, and Public sector. Created industry-specific tools for pre-sales activities and accurately estimated project budgets. Developed and implemented industry-standard continuous development accelerators, including reusable EPM Automate backup scripts and RTM templates. Expertise in delivering comprehensive Enterprise Performance Cloud solutions utilizing EPBCS, FCCS, PCMCS, and other relevant tools. Produced Go-To-Market (GTM) materials for internal and external use. Contributed to business growth by providing valuable recommendations to clients. Requirements Requirements: Proven experience in Oracle EPM with FCCS Development Strong understanding of EPBCS, FCCS, PCMCS, Narrative Reporting, HFR, and Data Management Experience in leading transformational programs across various industry verticals Ability to create industry-specific tools and estimate project budgets Proficiency in developing and implementing continuous development accelerators Excellent communication and presentation skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
