Hiring Microsoft D365 F&O - Lead Finance Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end finance implementations on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business processes, map them to D365 capabilities, and design appropriate solutions.
• Define and document functional requirements, process flows, configurations, and test scenarios.
• Provide strong solution architecture and design expertise across core finance modules including GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Budgeting, and Project Accounting.
• Drive solutioning sessions and functional design workshops.
• Oversee data migration, system integration, and financial reporting set-up.
• Ensure proper posting of financial entries and validation of accounting transactions within D365.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the Finance functional team.
• Conduct user training and provide support during UAT and go-live phases.
• Ensure alignment with industry best practices and compliance requirements.
• Work in coordination with technical and development teams to ensure overall system performance and scalability.

Skills Required:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in MS Dynamics Finance & Operations specialized in the Finance module.
• Must have done a minimum of 5-8 full life cycle D365 F&O finance implementation projects.
• Deep functional knowledge of Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Cash&Bank, Budget) of D365 F&O
• Expertise in solutioning and process reengineering for finance domains.
• Demonstrable consultancy experience
• Ability to lead people, teams, and projects.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to apply advanced analysis skills in the principles of the Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations Solution to provide detailed, reliable solutions and estimates for service implementation.
• Advanced business knowledge in ERP solutions, and relevant fields within one or more industries.
• Provide quality oversight throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and demonstrate proficient management skills.
• Deliver effective strategic presentations to audiences of varied sizes and possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Education level/Qualifications:

• CA Qualified/ CA Inter qualified/Higher relevant education preferred.
• Extensive, relevant work experience, including expertise in enterprise architecture and business solutions deployment. Combined with a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 FO.
