Hiring Manager

As a Hiring Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing the recruitment process. Your main responsibilities will include identifying hiring needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making final hiring decisions. This is a full-time position with a focus on ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient, effective, and aligned with the company's goals. You will work closely with the HR team and department managers to understand the staffing requirements and develop strategies to attract top talent. In addition to managing the recruitment process, you will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with external recruitment agencies, attending job fairs, and keeping abreast of industry trends to ensure that our company remains competitive in the talent market. The ideal candidate for this role will be detail-oriented, strategic, and have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as you will be interacting with candidates, internal stakeholders, and external partners on a regular basis.
