Requirement :

Senior E-commerce Executive

Role :

1. Marketplace Management:

• Handle end-to-end operations on platforms like

  Flipkart, Meesho.

• Upload and maintain accurate product listings, images, and descriptions.
• Monitor product visibility, pricing, stock levels, and order flow to ensure smooth operations.

2. Website Management:

• Coordinate with the website development and design team to update banners, product catalogs, and offers.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience and updated content on the brand website.

3. Campaigns & Promotions:

• Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, discount offers, and festive sales.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for online visibility, banner placements, and creative updates.

4. Performance Monitoring:

• Track daily and weekly sales performance and share reports with management.
• Analyze platform insights (traffic, conversion, product performance) and suggest improvements.

5. Coordination & Support:

• Work closely with the warehouse, dispatch, and customer service teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Liaise with platform account managers for optimization and promotional support.
