Role :

Strategic Planning & Execution:

o  Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

o  Identify new online business opportunities, partnerships, and growth channels.

Platform Management:

o  Oversee brand presence across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Purple, Meesho, Zepto, First Cry, Smitten, Geomart, Snapdeal and the brand’s own website.

o  Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory to ensure optimum performance.

o  Coordinate with internal teams for product launches, stock availability, and order fulfillment.

Marketing & Campaigns:

o  Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and marketplaces.

o  Work closely with the design and content team for banners, creatives, and product visuals.

o  Track campaign performance and optimize for ROI.

Analytics & Reporting:

o  Monitor and analyze e-commerce KPIs including sales, conversions, traffic, and customer behavior.

o  Prepare periodic performance reports with actionable insights for management.

Team & Coordination:

o  Manage a small team of executives handling listings, cataloging, and digital ads.

o  Liaise with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams for smooth operations.

Brand Experience:

o  Ensure the brand’s digital experience aligns with its identity and customer expectations.

o  Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market innovations.
