1. Assisting in the development and execution of social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to the company's website or stores, and ultimately boost sales.

2. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and boost sales.

3. Execute social media campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and collaborations with influencers or other brands. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution and maximize campaign reach and effectiveness.

4. Negotiate and execute collaboration agreements, ensuring alignment with brand values and marketing objectives.

5. Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

6. Responsible for creating engaging content for various social media platforms like Instagram.

Who You Are:

✔ Passionate about the beauty/makeup/fashion industry

✔ Skilled in Canva, Adobe, Reels editing, and social media tools

✔ 0.5-3 years of experience in social media handling (beauty or lifestyle brand preferred)
