Job Title: IT-Sales Lead
Location: Mumbai (Work From Office)
Experience: 3 – 5 Years (IT Sales / Pre-Sales / Technical Sales)
Employment Type: Permanent | Full-Time
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Joining: Immediate / ASAP Preferred
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive IT-Sales / Technical Sales Executive with strong communication skills and foundational IT infrastructure knowledge. The role involves supporting enterprise sales teams, conducting technical discussions, managing Proof of Concepts (POCs), and collaborating closely with internal delivery teams to drive successful sales closures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support sales teams during pre-sales activities including requirement analysis and solution mapping
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, product demos, technical walkthroughs, and presentations
  • Prepare questionnaires, templates, and technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate with sales, deployment, and delivery teams to streamline project execution
  • Handle Proof of Concepts (POCs) and coordinate with technical teams and customer stakeholders
  • Address technical queries from customers and partners
  • Participate in webinars, presentations, and marketing events
  • Assist in opportunity development and sales enablement initiatives
  • Work closely with customers to understand requirements, objections, and expectations
  • Document solution strategies leading to successful deal closures
  • Support large-scale deployments, implementation roadmaps, and bulk implementations
  • Arrange regular sync-up calls with sales and delivery teams to track progress and challenges

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and Windows management policies
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals and basic network troubleshooting
  • Understanding of MDM solutions for Android and iOS devices (hands-on preferred)
  • Exposure to collaboration and enterprise tools such as:
  • Azure AD / SSO
  • Microsoft Intune
  • Citrix XenApp
  • VMware
  • Workspace / Chrome Enterprise
  • Knowledge of VC kits and ability to deploy and manage Google Meet kits
  • Familiarity with IAM, endpoint security, and cloud-based solutions is an advantage

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to travel extensively for client engagements
  • Flexibility to work across time zones and weekends when required
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and perform under pressure
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or a related field (preferred)
  • Diploma / Higher Secondary education may be considered for suitable profiles
