We are Hiring for Internal Audits and Quality Complaint Coordinator - Spex for our client company for Remote location Job description- Looking for 8+ year experience Role & responsibilities Internal Quality Audits Service a) To develop an Internal Quality Audit (IQA) SOP for Spex review and approval and incorporation into the Spex Quality System. b) Collaborate to develop a propose Quarterly IQA schedule and location priority. These may be completed onsite or remote based on needs and scheduling opportunity. c) Develop an Internal Audit Checklist to capture all quality and regulatory requirements. d) Schedule and visit the four facilities to conduct e) To review documentation and records and assess QMS for gaps to current requirements as well as upcoming requirements in the EU and Canada as applicable. Observations will be identified in the IQA reports. f) Present findings informally after each audit day for discussion and request additional information and evidence as identified. g) To document and present findings in a final report. These reports and remediation recommendations will be prepared following each audit. Quality Complaint Coordinator Service a) Lead daily quality meetings with sales, customer service, and operations teams to ensure quality complaints are handled in a timely manner and follow up with corrective action owners to ensure timely completion. Liaise with customers affected by quality complaints to ensure complete resolution and total customer satisfaction b) Manage quality complaint data to effectively report out KPIs to leadership team and to ensure accurate documentation of records c) Complete return merchandise authorization and return to vendor processes effectively d) Manage documentation effectively of supplier corrective action reports and internal corrective action reports. Liaise with suppliers to ensure corrective action is taken to avoid future defects e) Establish and communicate quality metrics and data to department managers and their teams for problem identification, resolution, loss reporting, and to ensure proper action is taken and that the steps are initiated to avoid repeat errors. f) Work with the manufacturing quality lead to maintain documentation and revision level of quality documentation for all products or services g) Maintain document and revision control to applicable ISO standard Looking for candidates who can join immediately or within 20 days.
