Job Description

Role & responsibilities Initial point of contact for customers, customer representatives and other business partners. Collaborating with the field teams in contributing towards the stability of devices and service delivered. Monitoring Pond Alerts in Dashboards and clearing/escalating required. Device health monitoring and reporting. Capturing pond level events that are highlighted, update to customers and customer support team Training field employees on the use of devices and services. Supporting workshops with device debugging Monitoring devices Installation and Service. Checking device readiness and health prior to dispatch from dealer or workshop. Regular follow-ups with customers/customer representatives on pond/device performance to deliver and receive feedback. Communicate with internal teams to resolve the issues Documenting all events and issues in support tool. Escalating incidents when required. Reporting incidents on regular intervals Qualification, Skills and Requirements: B.E/ B. Tech/ BSc or an equivalent degree. Experience: 0 to 4 years Good communication Skills Good problem solving and analytical skills. Good team player Need to be flexible with working hours.
