Technical Consultation : Offering technical consultation and expertise to customers, helping them integrate products into their systems or projects. System Design : Assisting in designing and customizing solutions that best fit the customer's requirements and specifications. Troubleshooting : Identifying and resolving technical issues or challenges that customers encounter during the product integration process. Pre-sales Support : Collaborating with the sales team to provide technical input during the sales process, including attending customer meetings and presentations. Post-sales Support : Supporting customers after product sales to ensure successful implementation and resolving any issues that may arise.
